EXHIBITORS

We look forward to seeing you soon at The Granite State Fair in Rochester, NH (formerly The Rochester Fair)!

We would like to thank you for taking the time to read The Granite State Fair Handbook. Carefully review your favorite department as there have been updates. We have set up the Handbook differently this year to correlate with Fair Entry. Hopefully, you will find it easier. Every entry comes with a Division or Class number found under the name, which will correspond with your entry. These have been placed numerically so they should be easier to find when entering. Please be sure to register all of your entries before you click “submit”. There are directions for submitting entries below, Learn to submit entries. If after reading the instructions, you still have trouble registering, call Bonnie DuBois, 603-767-6970, for assistance.

Entries accepted for all departments (except Green Thumb) September 7th and 8th, 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Green Thumb ONLY, Wednesday, September 11th, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Refresh of fruits and vegetables in Green Thumb, with judging, Thursday, September 19th, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.

All judging and ribbon placement will be done prior to the fair opening.

Removal of entries will be Monday, September 23rd, 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Notify your Superintendent to arrange pick up ahead of time if you can’t come during these times, or call the office at 603-332-6585. All entries not picked up by that time will be placed
in the office.

See you at the Fair!
